The truth is most photographer’s use the same 2-3 second shooters at every wedding. It’s harder than you might think to bring in new people because they have to know where to be, what to shoot, what not to shoot, how best to help, and a million other little things. Plus the intensity of a wedding day is pretty extreme, there just isn’t a lot of time to instruct someone and get the shots you need for your clients.
